Where do we deliver to.

   Ireland, UK and mainland European countries.

How long does delivery take?

Ireland & Northern Ireland - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 1 to 3 days to be delivered. Orders sent by Express Post have a guaranteed next working day delivery if the order is placed before 2 pm.

UK - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 2 to 5 working days to be delivered.
Mainland Europe - Orders sent by standard or registered post take 3 to 7 working days to be delivered.

Orders received and paid for before 2pm will be dispatched that day (Monday to Friday). Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.

How much does delivery cost?

We use An Post standard post, registered post and express post. Customer can choose there preferred method of shipping at the checkout. We do not charge a handling fee.

Orders totaling more than €100 will be delivered free by Standard Post.

Do I need to sign for delivery?

All deliveries sent by Registered Post or Express Post must be signed for. Please ensure somebody will be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be charged for the costs of re-delivering.

Can I track my delivery?

Deliveries by Registered Post or Express Post can be tracked online. You will be emailed a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

How do I pay for my order?

   Foxycig customers cab pay by credit card via Paypal. Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

We can also accept payment offline by Postal Order or Bank Transfer.
